Our commission ranges between 6% and 8% of the sale price, plus 13% VAT, depending on the type and value of the property.

• Standard properties (cabins, small concessions): 8% + VAT
• High-value investments (beachfront, eco-lodges): 6%–7% + VAT
• Small parcels or complex transfers: 10% + VAT
